"The staff was very friendly. We ate at the revolving lounge and the atmosphere was nice. The only negative thing about the dining was the men's room door would shut so loudly. It was annoying to hear it while we were eating. The room was nice - great view of the city and the Hollywood sign. They do need to update the connecting on the TV in the room. "

"Room was spacious and clean. I really like the retro decor. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Being downtown I couldn’t hear much of the outside noise. Slept great! We did not eat at any of the restaurants here. Just had coffee and a danish in the morning at the cafe. Good coffee and danishes."

"Really loved it here. Perfect for a three night stay. We'd driven in from Vegas and were able to find overnight parking (paid) up the block. It was easy to get to the subway and therefore Universal. The bed were so comfy and the shower was amazingg! Also had a HDMI cable in the TV stand which was handy. Coffee machine, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge in the kitchen was great."
