"The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Though I was put on hold when calling the front desk for an early check-in, the concierge apologized profusely, and answered my questions without me feeling rushed. The room was spacious, clean. And the area where the hotel is located was convenient for our stay because we had flown in for a concert and all our go-to sites were mostly a 15 minute drive away. I look forward to staying here again."

"I had a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly, room was supper clean and spacious, coffee bar, cable t.v., and juice bar. The only thing i didnt like was that you had to pay $15 to park your car on the property overnight. "

"Was able to book here for Camp Flog Gnaw, & very glad we did! Not too far from dodger stadium & this hotel is just around the corner from little Tokyo! Beds were very comfy, & employees were very kind & helpful! Will be staying here again soon."

"Very fun vibe, older hotel that got a little facelift but has older infrastructure like bathroom and wallpaper but it was clean, fridge in room was cold, heat worked well, visited the hot tub which was clean and hot. Nice overall experience and staff was very friendly and welcoming. "

"When we arrived at our room the toilet seat was up and there was pee around the lip of the toilet. Somebody had clearly been in that room and here's the toilet after the cleaning ladies are done their job. Although the room is small we had no problem with it what we found was there was a lack of space to put things down on a shelf and not enough hooks to hang things up."
