"Stayed there for 2 nights, I love that it’s close to a Metro Station. Grand Central Market is about a 5 minute walk for easy food access. Stayed in a room with two twin beds. Walls a pretty thin, I could hear the people next door talking. Overall a good place to stay if you’re already doing something in the downtown area. "

"The temperature of the shower water was not consistent. It would fluctuate from warm to cold and I had to fiddle with the knob to get a decent temperature. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is not the greatest, but it is in walking distance from Union Station. "

"The valet and the hotel check-in attendant were efficient and pleasant. We were given water and macaroons upon arrival. A luggage attendant delivered our bags to our room. The room was comfortable and clean. The property was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The property is a bit older as some of the paint around the windows was cracked in addition to the closet and bathroom doors. Overall, I had an excellent stay and the staff as well as the decor made up for any property deficiencies....
