"Hotel was nicely located across the street from The Wiltern, the concert venue we went to. The hotel was clean and the check in staff was great. We ended up changing rooms because thr first room bed was not comfortable. The staff let us check out 2 other rooms to find a more suitable bed. Which was really nice of them. Our 2nd room was nice, standard king room. Bed was more comforable. I accidentally left a charger in the first room and the staff immediately helped and returnes the charger to...
