"Great place and location everything is pretty close. Great ac and everything was pretty new and organized. They only few things I would change is better lights in the bathrooms better frying pans or bring your own and no hot water just barely warm. Otherwise it was great!!"

"The condominium was very nice and well maintained. The complex was secure and quiet and only about a five minute ride to the beach. The property owner was very helpful and easy to reach to answer questions. I would definitely stay here again."

"Nice pool area and view of the ocean from the best patio I've ever had in the DR. If you like being close to shopping, a good pool area with also an ocean view from your balcony this is the best deal I've seen in about a dozen trips to The Republic. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and Domenico and his wife are always very responsive to any questions or problems. "On a eu un très bon séjour. L'emplacement est très bon a côté de pleins de restaurants, la plage juste a coté ( juste une petite rue a traversé, un stationnement et on y est). Les propriétaires sont toujours là pour nous aider. Vraiment très agréable. Si vous venez en voiture de Punta Cana vous allez avoir 3 péages de 100, 60, et 100 pesos chacun. Ils ne prennent pas la carte, mais us dollar où pesos. Je recommande fortement."

The place needed a lot of repairs I.e. wallpaper was peeling, other wall was falling a part with plaster crumbling from it, upper level living room wall/shelf appeared to have mold as well as the upper level bathroom, no hot water to shower on the main level, microwave did not work, internet nor any of the T.v.’s worked on upper level, all of the kitchen dish ware needs to be replaced.
