"This stay was AMAZING to say the least. I was meet by the cleaning staff who explained how everything worked and where any cleaning supplies would be if I where to need them. Pointed out any Grocery stores and Supermarkets incase I needed to go food shopping as well.The apartment is a 10-15min drive to the city so you are close enough to see the sights but removed enough that you can actually get some rest (when you can). The apartment is nice and quiet as well. Michael and Cecilia were great...

"On a eu un très bon séjour. L'emplacement est très bon a côté de pleins de restaurants, la plage juste a coté ( juste une petite rue a traversé, un stationnement et on y est). Les propriétaires sont toujours là pour nous aider. Vraiment très agréable. Si vous venez en voiture de Punta Cana vous allez avoir 3 péages de 100, 60, et 100 pesos chacun. Ils ne prennent pas la carte, mais us dollar où pesos. Je recommande fortement."

The place needed a lot of repairs I.e. wallpaper was peeling, other wall was falling a part with plaster crumbling from it, upper level living room wall/shelf appeared to have mold as well as the upper level bathroom, no hot water to shower on the main level, microwave did not work, internet nor any of the T.v.’s worked on upper level, all of the kitchen dish ware needs to be replaced. "Playa Bonita Residences is an exclusive community. Even on the “busy” weekend we did not feel like our space was limited. Grounds are great and pool is wonderful. Units are very close to the shoreline. Prior to check in I was informed that the unit I selected had a plumbing concern and as such we were given an upgraded unit."
