"Very surprised by this stunning property. Had 24/7 security and was gated. A thunderstorm knocked out our wifi and I texted the property manager about it.. she had it fixed immediately! So helpful and quick to respond. The beach was very quiet and the sunsets were incredible. 10/10"

"I really enjoyed my stay for 3 nights here. The apartment is modern, large and very comfortable. Security is great and guards are very friendly and helpful. Parking with dedicated spot is convenient and close.Great swimming pool, always pretty quiet. Communication with the host was great and he was always available. "This is an effecient apartment. The grounds and pool are lovely. It's an older complex so with that comes mature gardens and mature accommodation. For what we paid it was worth it. Well stocked kitchen, clean and a comfortable bed."

"This condo is beautiful, large, excellent condition and well furnished with everything you need. Supermarket is a little further than would like but turned out to be a nice walk along the beach carrying groceries in our back pack. The condo has basic stuff like salt, pepper and spices left by previous clients. The owner is very helpful and easy to get hold of. The onsite restaurant is excellent. We had a great time. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Victorian. The space was clean and perfect. It was just what we wanted-on the beach with breathtaking views! "The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because of the fact there is no screen door on the front porch. Not a problem during daytime, but in the evening there are a few mosquitoes. Loved the king bed . Would have loved better pillows. The view is fantastic, garden is beautiful, swimming pool always super clean. Loved the nice walk on the beach to go downtown to the grocery store. Yes I would come back! "

"We spent 30 days at Balcones. This gated location is fabulous (lush gardens,swimming pools, beach, Porto restaurant, services), well kept, very safe and quiet. The second floor condo and its huge terrace are elegantly decorated, well equiped and very comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owners are lovely. We strongly recommande."
