They were professional, polite and so helpful. The bed was extremely comfy. The room was a nice size with good AC and the check in was really easy. I booked on hotels.com and when I entered the same email on the Hilton app, the booking was already there. Whilst I would have preferred a better dinner menu, the food was good. Every detail throught the stay was thought out and it was miles better than the other hotels i'd stayed in around the area."

"We've stayed here before as a group, and it once again was an amazing place to stay, with a good vibe. We were allowed to check in early as our room was ready, which was super helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, our stay was quiet, and the breakfast has so many options. Also, they do the most delicious bacon I've ever had. It's a good location within walking distance of the east side of Excel. Would definitely recommend to everyone!"
