"Excellent hotel, great amenities, staff is very attentive especially receptionists. Would like to point out one of them, Madina, who made our stay truly special. Room was very clean. The view from 64th floor is stunning at Burj Khalifa. You might enjoy food at Malibu bar and lounge on the same top floor. We did."

"Excellent location but the room could do with some updating as cupboards were worn, coffee machine didn’t work and a few other niggling issues. The service was great though, very polite and service orientated. When we called for more pillows, they were there within minutes"

"The reception was very friendly and kind as they upgraded my room for a better view after I told them thay my room with a "city view" had no view at all. The hotel itself needs some small fixes, for example the curtains don't all close/open, the safe deposit didn't work until I called room service etc... The hotel cleaning service is great! "Firstly, the booking we initially made was Damac Royale Tower, however this tower was apparently shut down and only available as a residence and not aparthotel. We were changed to Damac Maison Distincton. Our stay for 4 nights was decent, we had many issues though. 1. When we arrived to check in, we knew we were early so we offloaded luggage and checked in knowing our room wont ve ready we advised the valet not to park our car as we would be leaving in a few minutes. "Taj on the palm was excellent, i would stay here again. Its quiet, nice and the staff are very smiley and helpful. From the time we checked in till check out, we loved the place - the rooftop 6th floor bar was one of the highlights, amazing views of the sea & burj al arab from there. There are always taxi’s around without a wait so easy to go places. Harpreet the concierge was very nice, this chap needs a promotion & pay rise ! He was very helpful - overall great place, will stay again when i come back next year ! "
