"The room is dirty and smelly. I can smell urine on the bed. The landline phone is not working. No amenities like forks, bowls and knives for cooking. Room assess keys are malfunctioned. I went down to reception several times to fix the above issues and waste of my time. Overall I will not recommend anyone to stay here."

"The staff were attentive and the room was comfortable. However i was disappointed that the advertised japanese bath was closed during covid and never reopened. This should be removed from listing. The towels we recieved was sometimes stained and old worn bed linen. This was changed on request. "
