"This was our first time and we had a blast at the indoor pool area with our toddler. It was perfect for our impromptu trip to PF and gatlinburg. We did build a buddy and had fun doing the activitiesthe resort offered the kids! We will be back in the summer! The location is perfect for "backroads" to not have to fight the parkway. The service was top notch. EVERYONE was so nice! We loved our stay here! "

"I absolutely loved everything about this place. From the cost to the availability of everything the location. The staff was absolutely amazing from check in to how they interacted with the kids during activities! I wish the water and pools were warmer but still wonderful! The atmosphere was on point! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Affordable place but dated and needs updates. Alarm clock flashed and wouldn’t allow a reset. Pillows were not comfortable. Bath tub was not clean, or gave the appearance that it was not. It’s an old property, so only so much they can do, but still opportunity to make it a bit more current. Overall good value for the money. "
