"DO NOT STAY HERE, It is horrible. Infested with cockroaches, we ended up not staying here and they wouldn’t refund us even though we didn’t stay. The bathroom window was missing so bugs just coming in. I have requested WOTIF remove this property so no one else has to experience this. Be careful using WOTIF to book stays as they obviously don’t check the properties are at a certain level. It should at least have all windows, doors that lock and be clean. "A short stay in the city for Christmas. Staff were friendly and happy to help. We booked for 3 but needed to request extra towels and bedding for our daughter as it was not set up for three as we booked. No big deal but certainly not a service that anticipated our needs."

It was a nice cozy apartment with all the necessary amenities like washing, kitchenette, kitchen accessories etc. All in all we had a pleasant stay. The staff is polite and knowledgeable.
