"Location is 1 block to the beach, bike & running path, 2 blocks to the tram into Melbourne, 3 blocks to loads of coffee shops, bakeries, grocery store and restaurants. Very safe and convenient. In unit laundry a big plus."

"Stayed for 2 nights with a few friends and was blown away by the size and the atmosphere of the property, it's full of personality with a really gorgeous bathroom. It's very big and in a prime location for travelling to the beach restaurants (10 minute walk). The pool was a good size and although the hot tub didn't exactly work for us, it was still relaxing. Plenty of beds and bedding. Overall a wonderful place that I would stay again."

"We’ve had a great stay at this home! It is fairly new and well appointed. Proper catering facilities, washing and drying m/cs. Weather was hot hot but ac coped and kept us cool.Good location near shops, restaurants, great communities, beach, tram etc.We’d definitely recommend and will stay again."

"Amazing location with everything within walking distance, the Apartment block is very clean and quiet, friendly neighbors and staff connected to the building, The host was pleasant to deal with, responsive and friendly, Very helpful with check-in times as I drove from interstate, The deposit was returned quick and easy, I would highly recommend. The apartment fitted my family of 5 for 7 nights nicely the pool and BBQ area are truly luxurious and the views are just WOW. "

"Great location. Very handy to transport into city centre. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Excellent shower and comfy beds. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Would highly recommend french restaurant close by.. Nicci very good with communication "

"Good spot for us with elderly parents. Comfy beds. Was quiet even though we were in middle of flats. No particularly well equipped kitchen. Old pans, not enough forks and no standard things like oil to cook with but that’s just a small thing. We managed 🙂 "

"I as quite stressed after trying to return a rental car in the city, so when I arrived and there was parking out front was great! Other reviewers mentioned rooms not being ready I was concerned as I was a little early. Fortunately fro me it was ready, clean and quiet. Lots of extras and a large TV. The girl that checked me in was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay the Uber fares to and fro forms he CBD were reasonable and I will stay there again. Satisfied customer!"

"Safe and great location. I stayed here prior to a hospital stay at The Alfred. Very clean, spacious rooms. Complimentary coffee pods and range of tea available. Staff very friendly. The 24/7 reception very handy. Parking on site also convenient (pricey at $45 a night however room cost was great at $130 a night). Only improvement would be the pillows. They were way too high. "
