"An ok hotel for a night in a good a spot "

"Great as everything is there and close to cafes, eateries along with walking distance to Luna park and Palais theatre and the like. I did have to use my earplugs that were provided. "

"The man who checked us in was amazing and then the rest of the staff after that were not very helpful. The manager was quite rude. We were staying in Melbourne for a national swim meet and my son has special dietary needs, I struggled to be able to cook him a couple of pieces of toast in the morning. The person on the last day of our stay refused, we felt like an inconvenience even though the place was almost empty. The rooms were awesome but the rest was a let down."

"Have stayed before and was just as great this time although better because we had a walk in shower - also higher floor so even better view. Very easy to get in and out of city on nearby tram. "

"Staff were very accommodating and professional. Hotel is close to Albert Park Lake and the Shrine with easy access to Melbourne's CBD. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Melbourne."
