The room was comfortable and quiet however our stay was spoiled by the attitude of the staff on reception. When we asked for help with public transport they were totally disinterested and there was no information available to us. It would be so much more helpful if the staff were actually trained in customer service.

The Quest was really great. It was clean, tidy and quiet. The staff were polite and amazing. The only downfall were the beds were pretty hard and I kept waking a lot not feeling comfy… overall it’s a lovely place to stay.
