"We had great communication with our host from start to finish. The home we stayed in was very clean and well appointed, including fresh towels, linen and even a basket full of kids toys for the boys. Parked right behind the door but needed to move through the day, due to parking restrictions. The shower was great and had quality soap etc, the big tv was awesome and we walked to some great coffee (coffee No 8) and a perfect pub meal in the Post Office Club Hotel just a short walk across St Kilda...

"We came down to St Kilda to attend a local event and were not disappointed by this accommodation. It was very well serviced and met all our needs. It was very close to everything so we could basically lock up the car and come back to it when it was time to go home. The owner was very accommodating and always got back to us when we had any questions. Very happy with our stay."

"Beautiful home that is so ‘Melbourne’. Perfect location thats a quick walking distance to St Kilda main street, restaurants, bars, tram system. Extremely comfortable beds. We had 6 guests stay and always felt there was plenty of space of all of us. Very warm and cosy on the cooler days. No negatives to share, we all absolutely adored this home and would definitely try use again for our future melbourne trips! "

"Overall we enjoyed the stay at the home I know one of the couples were commenting on the shower in the main bathroom downstairs that they had to stand a long way back as they were short to have a decent shower and water went outside the bath. Our other question was the parkiing permits were expired even though we used them and no fine yet but that did concern me a little but other than that we had a fabulous week thankyou. "Spacious, clean, very comfortable, relatively quiet, private and well maintained apartment with everything we needed for our stay. We have family in Albert Park we visit at least once each year. This is the first apartment we’ve stayed in that we would want to book again next visit. The location was perfect for us - easy access on foot to family and by tram to the city and everywhere else we wanted to go."

"Quite disappointed in this property. The front entrance was full of leaves and had not been cleaned. We could not sit on the chairs and table on the patio as they were filthy and had bird poo all over them and that outdoor area was also a mess. The owner lives behind the property and gave us towels to sit on the chairs. We had to vacuum the spider webs off the ceiling that were hanging down over the beds and door frames. For 3 nights and 4 people, were we given 2 rolls of toilet paper, a tiny...

"Great location, walk to the market and shops. One drawback was the stairs to the upper floor, very steep and the steps were narrow. Not easy going up and down. The banister could have been better"

"The apartment was clean well presented, a lovely outdoor area in a great location. The balustrade on stair well was unstable and could pose a significant risk. This needs to be reported to host an elderly person could have an injury. Although there is street parking on both evenings of my stay there was no parking available near the apartment. Perhaps not mentioning parking may be a better option."

"The home is very well equipped and was beautifully clean. Very quiet street and a short walk to a playground and Aldi. The hosts were exceptionally amazing with their hospitality and communication. We have already recommended the home to others and look forward to returning ourselves. "

"Really nice and fresh recently renovated 3 bedroom apartment. Nice rooftop balcony opening from the kitchen/dining area ideal for breakfast and BBQ. Street parking permit included and good availablility of parking spaces. Highly recommended city apartment just 2 min walk to the South Melbourne Market."
