The reason I have not given 5 star is 1. Temperature a little cool in the bar. 2. Toiletries in the rooms lacking considering the quality of hotel. 3. The bed was not re made although towels and water and tea coffee etc were replaced. So maybe they got distracted and forgot the bed. Not that I can't...
