"We really enjoyed our stay, stumbled across the place whilst searching for a local area to stay. Rooms were beautiful, shower was amazing, food delicious, good selection of drinks. Breakfast was cooked to our liking. The only downside was not enough plug sockets in the room to charge phones/tablets etc but this was a minor thing. We loved the place and are looking to go again. "We did have an issue with the heating in the room, it was freezing, after we complained the manger suggested we went out for a pre booked appointment and upon return he would have it sorted We returned to find the room was still cold, we were immediately offered an upgrade to a much bigger suite in a differing part of the hotel.
