"Wonderful chalet. Had a great Christmas stay in Beachside Cottage. Big dog safe garden overlooking the dunes. Lovely layout of house. Nice and warm and cosy. Cooked our Christmas dinner in the kitchen. Brought the table in from the conservatory to eat it. Bedroom are a lovely size too. Winterton is very dog friendly. Have stayed in Winterton many times. Uncertainty about check in details, because I didn't receive the code to the key lock. Luckily the property was unlocked & key was inside. "Loved the property and the living area and kitchen are bigger than they look in the photos, especially the living area. The location is close to a lot of lovely places to visit. The only issue I could see is the parking and I think this should be mentioned in the listing. We have a Qashqai and struggled to get the car far enough off the road to be safe without going into the ditch although it was very wet weather and the verge was very muddy. Also you wouldn't be able to have more than one car...

"Stayed at Two Cottages with my family and friends were at One Cottages! Our Cottage was really distinctive and both tasteful and comfortable plus the location right next to the beach was a real bonus. We were only there for a 4 day/night break but it felt a lot longer and James the owner was there to welcome us and was on hand if there was anything we needed (thanks James). Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking!"

"This place is outstanding. It’s a lovely location in a quiet village a few minutes walk away to the shop and pub and within minutes your in the countryside exploring the WWII history on offer. It’s very quiet and safe and free parking right outside the door. The cottage is very nice and is a mixture of modern bits mixed with old but has a very well stocked kitchen, a large comfy living area, a down stairs bathroom and toilet and two upstairs bedrooms. I will definitely be back."

The company with them Arnold Keys had a big sign that I did notice on the way in and would have helped to look for that.Had a problem with the shower and it was a new plug it needed and was sorted in couple of hours.
