"Our stay did not get off to the best of starts. The receptionist was not happy that we had booked via Expedia and demanded guest information in a very angry manner. This did not make us feel welcome! We had a one-bedroom chalet which was very warm and cosy. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was lovely. "Your website description is incorrect. No separate shower and bath in a cottage suite and no bathrobes. Fortunately we have stayed there before in a cottage suite therefore did not expect these. However for anyone who has not stayed before misleading and needs to be corrected."

"The weekend was a Christmas present for my daughter. The facilities in the Spa and treatments available are great and all the staff were lovely, throughout the hotel and restaurant. The restaurant is quite expensive but the food is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend it all."
