"The hotel and the staff were outstanding here. Definitely earned the 5 star rating. Staff were particularly well spoken in English and helpful explaining where things are and various services like in-room massage and laundry pick up. Overall great place to stay - castle view room with a safe, fridge, coffee and tea. Only disappointment for my friend and I was that their pool/spa was pay-to-use, which doesn’t seem to match the style of the hotel. Perhaps the high level room bookers get free...

"Amazing stay! Staff were super nice and even asked if we needed any recommendation. Room that we stayed at was very spacious. It is a little far from subway station but worth it since its quite at night. They also offer a shuttle every 15 minutes to Osaka station. "
