"Room 7042, suitable for 2 night stay, but to sit on the WC, I had to remove the toilet roll. To say this bathroom was small is an understatement. There was also NO buffet breakfast. With no reason given and no prior notification on the hotel website. I would not have booked if I had known this."

"The price that I paid to stay here was cheaper than ANY other hotel I paid for. It’s clean, looks somewhat futuristic/modern. There’s no room service but they have 2 options for dining. The rooftop (12th floor) and main lobby. Both were phenomenal. I had absolutely zero complaints about this hotel. "Great New Year discount and central option to our meetings. Walkable to the North End and Fanueil Hall, etc. Subway station in spitting distance, too. Area can get a bit noisy as it is next to the Bruins Arena on game nights esp after a win! Died down towards midnight at least! Staff are super welcoming and helpful. 4th floor lobby is very expansive so easy to get drinks, brekkie, and have work meetings. Love this place! "

"This was the perfect hotel for my weekend stay in Boston. I stayed solo, and the queen room was the perfect size (would also easily work for a couple). The room was clean, updated, and aesthetically pleasing. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The entire hotel was so charming with lots of historic details that I absolutely adored. The staff was kind, friendly, helpful and approachable. The location of the hotel is BEYOND IDEAL. Back Bay is a wonderful, central & safe area to stay with loads of walkable shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and gorgeous buildings & sites to visit. It’s not even too bad of a walk to North End (Little Italy) - about 45 minutes, and it’s lovely because you walk through Boston Common. I can’t wait to visit Boston again, and I’ll absolutely be staying here again!"
