"I’ll start with the bad- laying in bed getting ready for bed and a mouse goes running across the floor. I notified front desk and was moved to another room. The good- the staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was well stocked, and is centrally located to a lot of amenities. "

"My kids loved the property. They loved the pool and the room. We don’t get to go away often. I work in healthcare and don’t get much time off. The staff was nice and friendly to my kids. Great location to Boston and easy to get to. We will definitely be back when we can. "

"Very centrally located in the Back Bay for both the T and bus service. Close to many of the major tourist spots - including Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, MFA, Boston Public Library (it’s literally across the street), the Freedom Trail, and more. Amazing views of the city from the upper floors and as always, incredible beds. "
