"There was not any parking onsite-I had to ask a random person where to park because no one answered the phone when I called multiple times. there wasn’t anyone at the front door. I wasn’t able to get in the building. I had to wait outside in the cold until someone who was leaving the building let me in. The suite was really nice and comfortable. Make sure you bring laundry detergent, extra paper towels, and dishwasher detergent and extra garbage bags. The location is perfect. Very easy to get...

"I liked everything, except that in our there was a noise because of the wind, it sounded like mice but we realized it was just the wind that entered through a hole in the wall I think, other than that, amazing staying!"

"Dana was here when we arrived- what a pleasure! Kind considerate and informative. The room is spacious- looks out on the Charles river. The room was clean, the shower had good pressure and the bed was comfortable. Excellent value as we come down from Vermont to see a specialist for my mother."

"This was my second stay here and it was lovely. We visited in November for a mother/daughters trip and stayed in the two bedroom suite. Rooms were very clean, had plenty of extra towels and the fireplace was lovely. We used the pool as well and walked on the beach. At sunrise on the beach we had a seal swim up and say hello. Excellent place to have a little R&R"

"This is the 4th time I've stayed at an Inn Season resort in Falmouth. There are 3 properties available and they are all quite nice. This visit was at Captains Quarters overlooking Heights Beach. It was a winter weekend with a steady fall of very fine snow. The accommodations are always spot on. It was picturesque and a perfect weekend getaway to relax and unwind. "

"This was the perfect stay for what we needed. It was what we expected. The pictures are very accurate. Highly recommend the garage parking. Easy access to room from garage. The T is super close which makes travel around the city super convenient. Would stay at the same location again but would try to request a room with a view of the harbor/city. "

"Lovely weeks stay at the Hancock. Great facilities in the apartment and excellent location. The only suggestion I'd make is to add a floor length mirror and have some English tea bags available. "

"Great space, great location. Just as advertised. Oct 2024 EVERYTHING looked new…floors, appliances, paint, furniture. Everything. Everything worked well ( though the fireplace would only stay lit for 5 minutes. Exactly FIVE). Communication was awesome. Prompt and helpful.
