"This was a very nice property with a great pool and comfortable rooms. My daughter loved the waterslide and had fun at the kids club. The discovery centre was a unique addition. The restaurant offerings were delicious but lacked a bit in terms of completing a meal (eg Indian food but no raita or chutneys, Malaysian coffee but no condensed milk). "The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...

"This is new apartment nearby MRT Taman Suntex, room very cleanning and can sleep 4 person per room, there are two toilets available also, also have swimming pool and gym room on the 8th floor. The homeowner also very nice man, last day he still send us to the bus terminal. Thank you very much "

"Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides. I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff. Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again."
