"Stunning resort. We had beach rooms with direct access to the beach. I am literally on the beach. The hotel staff were all amazing, some of which I will mention by name. Jamila, Lilly - I think, Rashid, and because I don’t remember all the names, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you, hotel management and staff, for living up to our expectations and much more. If we are ever in Diani Beach, this is where we will stay"

"Serena Beach Hotel is well located, had beautiful timeless architecture and wonderful ambience. The staff made our stay special, very attentive, pleasant and wet had lots of laughter with them. The Chef is outstanding, all the meals and snacks were well prepared, with a diverse presentation of food and drink. The sea front needs some cleaning attention otherwise we enjoyed cooling off in the ocean, very safe and comfortable to swim, even for the little ones. We will be back!"

"The ambiance of the apartment eas made so nice by the wooden furniture. The worse thing was the quality if the dining service. The cooking was terrible and the servers were very slow. Also the many cats in the dining area was annoying. Otherwise it was fabulous, because everyone was very curtious. "

"This hotel is a fraud and with the cooperation and support of Expedia is stealing people's money. I booked and paid for a stay. Only upon arrival, the hotel refused the booking claiming they had no knowledge of the reservation and if fact no contract with Expedia. Now Expedia refuses to refund my money."

"Property and seenery are very nice but the service was not good them main bedroom air conditioner was not working it was very hot did not sleep because of that first and second night also it was not safe becouse secound night borgery happend near it and also in the same place they heat the porter and nearly killed hem and we were unsecured and fried all night did not sleep the police came otherwise we will be either killed or injered"
