"Everything was great except that they lost my luggage when I checked in. They took my bag to another guest's room and that guest called the front desk repeatedly but no one answered. I called the front desk repeatedly over an hour and finally tracked my bag down as I waited at the front desk and the guest returned the bag themself "

"Overall great choice to stay while in Nairobi. I wanted somewhere walkable downtown and ot was perfect. Quiet enough but easy walk around downtown. Everyone was extremely nice including the hosts at the restaurant. Breakfast included was a good start. Rooms very clean. Kudos to the team "

"Hospitable staff and excellent service. The property is not new but still in good shape. We saw monkeys hoping in the big coconut trees from our balcony (seaview). Everything is clean including swimming pool, nice fresh air. We hopped on tuktuk (three wheel motorbikes) to the town (about 2km away) for forex and shopping. We detested the salty shower at first but got used it eventually (just don't drink it). "

"We stayed one night because we arrived in Nairobi late and didn’t want to fuss over getting into the city. The hotel shuttle is easy to pick up from the airport and well marked. We were greeted by friendly staff who anticipated our needs and questions. We had a clean room and enjoyed the rooftop bar after checking in. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast filled with familiar dishes and some local one too."

Always willing to help even for a visit at the city market or a quick history tour of the hotel of the great explorers Stanley and Livingstone. Live music 3 times a week and the buffets were always very tasty. "
