I think the move to a 3pm check in is over the top especially as I was contacted in the days running up to my stay I got offered an earlier check in for a fee. Also the breakfast is no longer included and the breakfast range has been drastically reduced compared to previous stays. I know things are tough but prices going up and services reduced is not great. "
