"The pool saunas steam rooms and jacuzzis were a real plus for this property for us. The breakfast buffet was overwhelmed by the number of guests with waiting times and cold food-definitely a challenge over the holiday period"

"Quite far away from the city centre and need to walk a bit to get to the nearest bus stop or metro. Otherwise a great place to stay!"

"Today in the breakfast the lady Infront asked my wife to pay (breakfast was included). Only after we asked her again she said:"sorry my mistake". Staff in spa was not polite enough. My room(230) had no connections on the TV channels.The rooms need improvement (old carpet that smells bad)."

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the local area is lovely and you can walk to all the main sites. The only let down was the breakfast, especially if you get there from 9.30am onwards. We would definitely stay here again. "
