"Checkin was easy and friendly. Our room had a wet towel on the floor, and one of the cups opened, as though someone had started there but then asked for another room. The desk clerk offered us another room, but we said we just wanted to turn in the wet towel, and get another glass. She fixed that, and gave us a couple of complimentary bottles of water. The laundry was easy to use, and no problem getting the needed number of quarters from the desk. The shuttle was there and ready at 3:15 AM,...
