An example is the bar that opened at random times during the week and the staff did not know anything about it. We booked a room with breakfast and access to spa. Turned out that the spa access was only once during the week - BAD communication. But the worst was the condition of the spa area. It was all very old and only half of the features that worked. "The best hotel I've stayed at in Europe so far. The property is very new. They have some construction going on at the street level but that did not bother me. The breakfast is top notch. Could use some changes rather than same items daily. But everyone was courteous. The bed was super comfy the sheets like heaven. This is the perfect hotel "
