"Lovely big room, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "

"Hotel is well located between bus / train terminus and Chester city centre. It struggles with large influx of people at Sunday breakfast with queuing out the door at peak times. The 1 lift in the main hotel is also a. bottleneck at check in/ departure times. The TV in the bedroom was “elderly” and they deserve a revamp. Notwithstanding these observations we felt it was good value, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The gym facilities looked excellent."

"I had booked an extra night, to make my traveling plans easier. But didn't know that I had to pay £10.00 a night for parking, so it made a good priced hotel, dearer. "

"The property was ideal for our break, very clean and well kept. Staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful and polite. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the sauna wasn't in operation but everything else was great and as described. We travelled to Chester by train and found the public transport and taxis very reasonably priced with the local buses stopping almost outside of the hotel drive. We would have no hesitation in staying here again, a very good experience...

"We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent. In addition, it was great to have ample free parking on site The location is also very convenient for Chester city centre and also to nearby Hoole village,...
