"It’s a little tired in quite a few areas but the staff are lovely, the place is clean and the bed is comfortable. Swimming pool is a good temperature which is oddly uncommon (they’re usually bloody freezing!). Shower in room is so good I struggled to come out of it!! "

We were a family group that had a mixture of comfortable "Classic" of a good size and enormous "Delux" rooms with a fabulous view over the Thames. Lots of staff visible and the ones we spoke too were polite and helpful. Great level of service. I would recommend a stay."
