The rooms were fine, cleaned everyday...the beds were super comfortable. It is situated in a convenient location to use a variety of public transportation. It was a great base for our trip throughout southern England."

We tried to have an early check in, but our room was not ready, and it was still not ready at regular check in hours. We went to the executive lounge for a little while and then we explored the area around the hotel. The location is excellent. "
