We were a family group that had a mixture of comfortable "Classic" of a good size and enormous "Delux" rooms with a fabulous view over the Thames. Both rooms were clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that i could identify in both rooms as being a bit tired was the wooden bath sides both if which were blown and could have done with being replaced.
