"Convenient for the airport. Rooms were nice and facilities ( pool and gym). However, the gym air con was not on high enough and therefore too hot, there was no water in the gym in the morning, there were no towels in the pool showers and generally the service to get drinks outside was slow. "

Your staff wasn’t rude but the service was not exactly good either. We often had cold meals, long waiting times, missing items, days without house keeping services etc all while we kept calling the guest experiences line… I’ve stayed in rosewoods and four seasons all over the world and had expected better from...
