Find All-inclusive Hotel in Nassau

"Convenient for the airport. Rooms were nice and facilities ( pool and gym). However, the gym air con was not on high enough and therefore too hot, there was no water in the gym in the morning, there were no towels in the pool showers and generally the service to get drinks outside was slow. "

"While your staff was incredibly nice, the service was not what may be expected from a hotel of this caliber. We had countless issues with in-room dining and house keeping services. Your staff wasn’t rude but the service was not exactly good either. We often had cold meals, long waiting times, missing items, days without house keeping services etc all while we kept calling the guest experiences line… I’ve stayed in rosewoods and four seasons all over the world and had expected better from...

"It’s a Beautiful destination "

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the charm of this resort and that it wasn’t overly crowded with people. There were good restaurants that were walkable from the property. The pools left a little to be desired and both the slides were out of order for our entire stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely go back. It was probably a little expensive for the overall age and condition of the property but again it was a great vacation."

"Loved that there was so much to do right on the property. Loved the lazy river! Housekeeping was sporadic. Had to ask for usual item several times before they were delivered. The area where this property is situated is a bit run down. And since all of the businesses in the area cater to the cruise ships, it's hard to find a restaurant that stays open after 6 or 7 pm."

"We stay at Ritz, Four Seasons, etc and this is a comparable or better. The food is exorbitantly priced but it’s good. The pool and beach are spectacular. Not a lot of kids so very peaceful. Truly great spot for couples. "
