What I don’t like: 1. I checked out on 3/22/25 but the temporary $400 temp hold during check in hasn’t been reversed and it’s already 3/31/25. "Great family vacation. The Cove has it all, quiet and private Cove only pool and super close to slides and lazy river. Was very windy, but warm when we went in late March. We had a sapphire 2 room suite with Lapis club access. Get floor 5 or higher for unobstructed view. Lapis club was great for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Butler service was excellent. Service overall at the Cove was beyond amazing. Get dining reservations ahead of time. "

"This is our second stay and we loved it just as much. The staff is so friendly and helpful and I even had a massage on the beach. Great customer service. The lemonade and conch fritters were sooo delicious. Cute pool and two different access to the beach from two sides. Breakfast was amazing and they also have access to an on site restaurant. "
