"Hotel and grounds have definitely not been updated in a very long time. The pics are probably from when the hotel opened and are not accurate at this time. Found someone’s night cap behind the bedside table and small ants in the room. Staff was very nice and had an enjoyable time in the bar area. Excellent seafood quesadillas!"

"This property is amazing! It is completely unique and so relaxing! We stayed in a raised hut. The view was gorgeous! It simply cannot be beat! "Most of Grand Lucayan is closed from hurricane Mathew but you don't know this until you arrive. All guests have to stay at Lighthouse point which is nice but with not nearly as many amenities. 2 less pools , less convenient dining options, the Casino never reopened. "This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property."

"We loved that the hotel was adults only and it was not so huge that it would take forever to get to places. The pools were amazing! Standing at the Infinity edge in the swim up bar pool felt just like being on the beach without the sand! Every meal we had was excellent and the staff was so friendly and helpful.
