"I thought overall the experience was wonderful. I didn’t give it 5 stars due to the food affordability and the pricing not consistent with the quality at some restaurants. Carmines was horrible but the steakhouse was excellent. I felt it also lacked a variety of entertainment for the evening. "

"This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property."

"Overall a great experience. We decided on the Atlantis for our honeymoon because it offered so many fun things to do. We enjoyed everything from dinners, to the quality of our room, and especially the outdoor attractions. One complaint is that they did not seem to have enough staff to keep all of the slides open. Often times throughout the trip, the Challenger and Jungle slides were closed due to not having lifeguards on duty. In the "Power Tower" only 2 of the 4 tube slides were open for the...

"We loved this place! It was in a perfect location and had great views. We saw turtles every day at the dock. The pool area and restaurant are awesome and a short walk. Chris and Jeneise were easy to work with. Beds are comfy. We will be back! Great vacation! "
