"Our multi-generational family of 7 stayed at this property for Spring Break, and each of us loved it! The location is great, just minutes from the airport, and a central location for exploring both sides of the island. It's also right next to the Exuma sign, which makes for a great landmark. Despite the central location and the public parking nearby, the house felt very private, and we rarely saw another person on the beach (which is gorgeous!). Tim's on the Bay is a short walk away for food and drinks, if you desire (but beware the drinks are quite strong!).With 5 bedrooms, each of our children was able to have their own room, which they appreciated! 3 bathrooms means some have to share, including one bedroom that does not have direct access to a bathroom.The house is very well-stocked with everything you need, including multiple kayaks and so much outdoor seating, we never even had the opportunity to enjoy all of the different lounge spots! The espresso maker, ice maker, and water dispenser were welcomed amenities. The beds are very comfortable and the house is quiet and comfortable.All in all, we loved our stay at Villa Oceania and would not hesitate to return again!"

"My family of 8 adults spent 6 nights in Great Exuma at Island Time. It was a magical trip and highlighted by such a beautiful, cozy, modern home! Every detail is perfection. Patrick, the house manager, was very attentive and helped us immediately if we were in need. Our itinerary included a private excursion with Exuma water sports / rented a boat and spent the day at The Coconut Club and Chat n Chill on Stocking Island/ a Hydrosports water bike ride through the Lazy River/ fun beach day at Cocoplum beach/ and much time by our own beautiful pool and walks on the gorgeous beach outside our door! "This was just as described. The beach is beautiful and the place is too. All the amenities you need. The grill was great and and easy to work and the only thing they needed in my thoughts are cushions on the lay out chairs. "

The house was immaculate, the pool and beach access were fantastic, and Sidney was super responsive when my 5 year old locked us out of the bathroom.
