"This place has some great perks, but it’s important to weigh the pros and cons. The location is good - right in front of a big mall. But it’s not in a super touristy area, which could be a plus or a minus depending on what you’re looking for. The apartments are a bit smaller than they seem in the pictures, and the furniture is a bit old and worn out. But it’s still functional. The outside noise can be a bit loud, and there’s no soundproofing at all. The bathroom is tiny and the hot water...

"It’s a very tropical area with many trees,gardens,tropical vegetation and mosquitoes if it rains.It’s near the central area but you can take a mototaxi for just US$1. The swimming pool is good and there are many other activities to do there but the best it’s walking all around the Colonial Area. Good restaurants, museums, churches and if you go for a cultural event it will be even better."
