Concierge was very helpful finding us local tours, arranging transportation, etc. And good dining options too. We ate every meal at the resort except lunch during excursions. Really convenient and relaxing to have good dining at the resort. We loved the hot springs by the river, especially the one right above the waterfall. Very good resort for family. "

"This place is so beautiful! All the rainforest jungle landscaping is phenomenal. The location is perfect in the middle of all activities and the view of the volcano is the best. We had both a sunny day, cloudy and rainy day and all were great there. The hot springs are well shaded from sun and rain. The buffet breakfast is great and my kids loved the nachos, burgers and wood-Fire pizza at the bar. Their Asian salad was amazing as well! I was happy with the prices being very reasonable - $10-$12 meals. My daughter and I even shared a pizza a couple times so that was a $6 meal for us each. I was surprised it didn’t feel crowded, even during spring break. "
