We loved how walkable the neighborhood is, it so was close to the beach and they had beach towels for us to use. I would definitely stay here again, I highly recommend it!"

The issues noted would not keep me from staying again, I would just know ahead of time to ask for these things ahead of time. "It was a great location and the staff that worked at Midtown was very nice and helpful. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two...

"The apartment itself is just fine, but you don't want to spend too much time inside when you are right on the beach! It's steps away from an awesome bike/toe path and the beach, with complementary chairs and umbrella, and it's also walking distance to many shops and restaurants. So the location had everything we wanted. The apartment was small but serviceable, though had some oddities, like a misplaced TV to the side of the couch, which made it unusable for the movie nights we had planned with...
