"The staff were not helpful which is probably through lack of training. We checked in and used the car park (which we were not informed was owned by a third party). On the second night the car was broken into which we reported to the police all we got from the hotel was nothing to do with us even though we spoke to the duty manage (who was the housekeeper manager). In the evening we had gone to the bar for a drink, asked for a Barcardi but was told they had not had that for a few days. Asked for...

"Booked for new year as we wanted to be together but wanted a quiet one. Lil one loved it..was spacious. I have ocd and this place was spotless take it from me more cleaner than 5* hotels up central. Ana was lovely she checked on us throughout our stay. She would text to see all is well anything i need she responded quick and was also soo quick to cater to us. Really made our stay. "This was the worst experience of a hotel booking it is possible to imagine. When I arrived at the hotel it was in a disgraceful state with rubbish everywhere. It soon became clear that this was no longer a hotel but a shelter for the homeless. The only person available to speak to was a security guard who gave me the number of the owners, who are based in India. They didn't even know that they owned the hotel, far less whether it was open or not. I had to book into another hotel, obviously. ...
