"I had a wonderful week at this property, despite the weather not cooperating as Florida weather is supposed to. It was serene and relaxing to sit overlooking the river. I enjoyed biking, kayaking, and hiking, all with my German Shepherd. Carolyn was an excellent hostess, very attentive and easy to communicate with. St. Mark's Retreat was just what I was looking for. "The interior is fantastic. Every room is nice: all 3 BDRMs, both BTHRMS, kitchen/dining and living room. 4 flatscreen tvs, great channel selections. Nice back porch. W&D, separate laundry room, paved drive with hose. Perfect for kayakers, Springs trips, beach trips. Would stay there again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our too short stay at your home. The house was very well provided with everything we needed. My wife was especially appreciative of the elevator! I enjoyed the kayaks, and caught some nice sea trout and redfish. Peaceful and quiet, saw an alligator, and enjoyed watching the dolphins play and feed from the balcony. Perfect for two mostly retired couples to get together for a reunion."
