"The staff were helpful and informative. Upon a late check-in, I was given an upgrade to a suite for the hotel's convenience and at no additional cost to me. My only real issue was that the booking website advertised that this property operated an airport shuttle to John Wayne Airport. I was told the night before I was to depart that the hotel no longer operated the shuttle, which was clearly parked in the parking lot! The convenience of a shuttle was the primary reason I had chosen this...
