"We stayed here it was across the street from UC Irvine where our daughter was having surgery. The entire staff from Valet to Security were all so kind. Made sure my hubby had plenty of cookies. Always asked how our daughter was doing and how we were. I genuinely felt cared for her not just a customer. They also made sure I had a great view of the fireworks 🎆 to cheer me up. They simply went above and beyond for us . Bartenders Steve and Robert thank you for friendship and laughter you 2 are stellar. Thank you too the entire staff, you should be the model for customer service ever where. Thank you much love"

"Great hotel, really lovely and helpful staff. The little gift shop in the lobby is a great idea, breakfast was handy and the shuttle to the theme parks was so helpful, most of the reason I chose this hotel. If I could change anything it would be having a shuttle for after the 9:30 Disney fireworks on weeknights, and also a fridge in the room would be good. "
