"This is a great value property. It’s small and doesn’t really have a lobby so the door is always locked but answered quickly 24/7. Free breakfast but the cofffeeshop Epoca that is a block away is stellar. So much right by this hotel and it has an excellent location. "Great area in Getsemani but room was not clean. Mildew smell, and some bugs. But the price for a private room is difficult to find. Everything was good except for the cleanliness."

"Only positive thing about our stay in this hotel was the service we got while they were serving breakfast. Breakfast menu only have like five options to choose from. Besides that hotel was not well maintain. Every time my wife and I were going to take a shower we have to call reception for them to turn hot water on. Staff are not friendly. Will not recommend this hotel to no one that wants to visit Cartagena. "
