We used the tour service located in the lobby. We were told it included transportation to boat and then back to hotel. We we're abondoned when boat returned and had to find transportation back to hotel on our own. Don't use tour service!!

Aniversary getaway!
It was an amazing 2 days , the staff are super friendly, the rooms are beautiful all with a balcony and a view of the ocean. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, huge variety. The beach was so tranquil. Highly recommended!

After my experience and spending a few days in Santa Marta, this could be the best hotel and area if you want something quiet, safe, and with great staff service. I would come back to this hotel if I were to travel to Santa Marta again.
