La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje."

"The apartment is very nice, clean & spacious with a wonderful panorama view of the ocean from inside as well as our on the fairly large deck.We could walk to the local commercial area for groceries & a few restaurants ( about 10 minutes walk) or take a taxi into the old city section of Cartagena. "Everything about this property and the amenities were amazing. The housekeeper and cook Iraida was an amazing host and her cooking and kind personality made us feel like we were with my family. Be aware that the cooking and cleaning services are included in your price. But IN ADDITION to the services that are included, you will need to pay for the food that Iraida prepares. "Overall property was very nice and as pictured. As others have mentioned, the rooftop is what sets it apart with the kitchen opening up to a large rooftop with an 8 person jacuzzi that works. The communication with some of the 'hosts' for checkin was a little slow but not terrible; it's Colombia so one can expect a slower response time. I'd stay again. "
